Although acupuncture is not meant to hurt this looks super painful! Why did you have to post this so close up Kim!
“Oh just relaxing...” is what reality TV star and expecting mum, Kim Kardashian posted on her Instagram page alongside the picture above. 
The close-up picture shows Kim getting acupuncture in the face.  
Usually needles are stuck all over their body during acupunture, but Kim K has gone straight for the face. 
It just looks like The Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star has stuck her head in a hedgehog! Sorry Kim but we’ll just stick to the face massages whereby someone uses their hands!
As if that vampire facial wasn't enough. Please stop hurting our eyes Kim!
